Applications

FyreRoc® fireproof resins can be employed in ways similar to traditional composites. Structures can be fabricated using hand lay up, filament winding, or pultrusion processes. It also lends itself to compression molding, resin infusion, flow coating, spay-on coating, and foam expansion.

FyreRoc fireproof composite materials can be incorporated into a number of fire barrier, oxygen barrier, and thermal management applications. As a fire barrier material, FyreRoc products are ideal for applications that are directly exposed to flame or extremely high temperatures.

FyreRoc® Material - When Fire is the Enemy.

FyreRoc panels can be produced using fiberglass and carbon reinforcement to achieve a variety of properties to meet your unique mechanical, electrical, thermal, and fire barrier applications. FyreRoc materials can be combined with other standard insulating and intumescent materials to protect applications with long exposures to high heat or flame environments.
